Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to promote the company's initiatives, projects, and engagements within the community
Foster positive relationships with governmental and non-governmental organizations to ensure open communication and collaboration
Oversee the creation of compelling press releases, articles, and media content to effectively communicate the organization's objectives and accomplishments
Participate in networking events, community projects, and industry conferences to represent the company and build a strong network of contacts
Act as a spokesperson and liaison for the company during public events and interactions with various stakeholders
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public opinion, and promptly address any misconceptions or negative press

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the governmental or non-profit sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and accurate content for diverse audiences
Expertise in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with a wide array of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in German and English languages is essential
