As the Lead Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's adherence to all environmental regulations and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that minimize our environmental impact while maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations affecting the company's operations
Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and strategies
Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address environmental compliance concerns
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in environmental management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, environmental engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, or related roles
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of successfully managing environmental compliance programs
