We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to be an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating various projects and initiatives related to property development and strategic planning.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing project timelines and ensuring adherence to set schedules
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and execute development opportunities
Conducting feasibility studies and market research to support decision-making processes
Overseeing budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis for development projects
Working closely with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure successful project execution
Assisting in the acquisition and disposition of properties
Preparing reports and presentations for senior management
Monitoring regulatory compliance and permitting processes
Contributing to the design and implementation of development strategies
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications

Required Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project management, real estate development, or a related industry
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
Knowledge of zoning regulations, land use, and real estate market trends
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of financial principles and budget management
