Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loomis AB, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support our strategic objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and lead the full-cycle recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future staffing needs
