Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loomis AB, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support our strategic objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and lead the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future staffing needs
Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
Utilize various channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations
Coordinate and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition marketing efforts
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and industry best practices
Passion for identifying top talent and contributing to a high-performance culture
