We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Normandy Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and retaining outstanding talent for our organization. This position calls for someone who is passionate about connecting with people, understanding their career aspirations, and matching them with the right opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their qualifications and fit within the organization
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
Utilize various recruitment channels including social media, job boards, and professional networking sites to promote job openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
