Position: Multicultural Community Developer

Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

Key Responsibilities

Engage with diverse communities to understand their specific needs and challenges
Develop and implement strategies to create an inclusive environment within our programs and facilities
Collaborate with local leaders and organizations to promote diversity and multicultural understanding
Organize multicultural events and initiatives to celebrate and embrace diversity
Provide support and resources for staff to facilitate their understanding of multiculturalism

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related fields
Experience working in multicultural environments or community development settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of South African cultural nuances and multilingualism is an advantage
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
