Position: Empowerment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team in Leinster, Ireland as an Empowerment Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that empower individuals and communities, fostering sustainable development and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage sustainable empowerment initiatives
Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
Provide training and capacity building support
Contribute to advocacy and policy development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in community development or related areas
Demonstrated understanding of empowerment approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
