Karelia University of Applied Sciences is seeking a passionate and talented professional to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Development Project Manager with a focus on urban transformation and sustainable community development. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in impactful projects that shape the future of our communities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development of urban transformation and sustainable community projects
Coordinate project activities, including budget management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Conduct research on emerging trends in sustainable community development and incorporate findings into project planning
Facilitate community engagement and participation in project initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in managing development projects with a focus on sustainability and community impact
Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Passion for driving positive change in communities through innovative urban solutions
