We are currently looking for a Development Project Manager with a focus on urban transformation and sustainable community development. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in impactful projects that shape the future of our communities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of urban transformation and sustainable community projects
- Coordinate project activities, including budget management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Conduct research on emerging trends in sustainable community development and incorporate findings into project planning
- Facilitate community engagement and participation in project initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing development projects with a focus on sustainability and community impact
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
