Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support our commitment to sustainable business practices
Organize and manage community outreach events, emphasizing environmental stewardship
Collaborate with local organizations to create empowerment programs for individuals in the community
Assist in identifying opportunities for philanthropic initiatives that align with our environmental goals
Support the HR team in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Contribute to the development of corporate social responsibility initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in community engagement or related outreach programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for environmental sustainability and social responsibility
Understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus
