Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies for facilities optimization and sustainability.
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of LUMC's physical infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive advancements in facility management practices.
Identify and leverage emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety within the built environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Management, or related disciplines).
Proven experience in facilities management, sustainable building practices, or infrastructure development.
Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and strategically in addressing facilities-related challenges.
Strong project management and leadership skills with a passion for driving organizational change.
