As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Starbucks, your mission will be to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with our values and bring diverse perspectives to our team.

What You'll Do:

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening to extending job offers
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards, maximizing our reach
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
