Wellness Harmony Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join the Appenzell Ausserrhoden Philharmonic Orchestra as a Wellness Harmony Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of well-being and harmonious living among our talented musicians. You will work closely with our artists, providing a range of wellness support, including personalized health plans, stress management techniques, and holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized health and wellness plans for orchestra members.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer holistic care and support.
- Organize stress management workshops and wellness seminars.
- Facilitate wellness activities to enhance creativity and performance.
- Provide nutritional guidance and fitness resources to promote overall well-being.
- Create an environment that fosters mental and physical harmony for our musicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, holistic medicine, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wellness coaching or healthcare support.
- Strong understanding of holistic care and health promotion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for promoting well-being and harmony.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and artistic environment.
