Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to develop forward-looking human capital initiatives
Drive the development of innovative employee engagement programs
Research, recommend, and deploy inventive HR technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Lead the design and execution of groundbreaking diversity and inclusion programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field
