Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable building strategies that align with our company's vision
- Oversee and manage sustainable development projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate environmentally friendly practices into construction and development processes
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve our sustainable initiatives
- Engage with local communities and authorities to ensure compliance with sustainable development regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in sustainable design, construction, or real estate development
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for driving positive change in the construction and development industry
- Familiarity with sustainable building certifications such as LEED or BREEAM is a plus
