Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and execute innovative strategies for talent identification and acquisition
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various recruitment platforms and channels to attract potential candidates
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future positions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
