Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of dynamic community engagement programs and initiatives.
Foster partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to expand outreach and accessibility.
Develop and oversee innovative educational programs that inspire diverse audiences and foster a love for the arts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community feedback and diverse perspectives into museum initiatives and exhibits.
Drive outreach efforts to underrepresented communities and promote cultural inclusivity.
Contribute to fundraising activities and grant proposals in support of community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in community engagement, audience development, or related roles within the cultural sector.
Proven track record of implementing successful outreach programs and driving community involvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong partnerships.
