We are seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic individual to join our team as a Development Manager. As a vital part of the Western Region Tourism Association, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the growth and enhancement of our physical infrastructure and assets. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our facilities and properties while driving innovation in the Western Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and execution of development projects
- Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Overseeing the design and construction of new facilities
- Managing the maintenance and improvement of existing assets
- Evaluating potential real estate investments for the association
Requirements:
- Proven track record in successfully managing development projects
- Strong understanding of property management and asset enhancement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions
