As a Professional Real Estate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the development of our corporate real estate projects with the utmost professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, design, and construction of real estate projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
Perform detailed financial analysis and budgeting for real estate development projects.
Oversee the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of corporate real estate assets.
Implement sustainable and innovative real estate solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Provide expertise in real estate market trends, property valuation, and risk assessment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers.
Stay updated on industry regulations, environmental standards, and building codes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing real estate projects, ideally within a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control for real estate development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Proficient in relevant software and tools for real estate project management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional certifications such as PMP or MRICS are preferred.
