We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the Lombardy Foundation for Research on Public Health (FLIRPH) as a Health Policy Analyst. FLIRPH is a forefront research organization dedicated to advancing public health policies and strategies within the Lombardy region. As a Health Policy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to evidence-based policy recommendations, conducting data analysis, and fostering collaborations with government institutions and community organizations. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is focused on addressing public health challenges in Lombardy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis on public health policies and regulations
Develop evidence-based policy recommendations and white papers
Collaborate with stakeholders including governmental bodies, NGOs, and public health institutions
Monitor and evaluate the impact of health policies and provide insights for continuous improvement
Participate in the design and execution of public health research projects

Requirements:

Master's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Public Policy, or a related field
Proven experience in health policy analysis and research
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting
Understanding of Italian health policies and regulations is a plus
