We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Constantia Flexibles Group, located in Lower Austria, Austria!

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing engagement strategies that positively influence the local community. Your efforts will directly contribute to making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute community outreach programs
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations and government agencies
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance community well-being
Oversee volunteer programs and engagement events
Evaluate the impact of community initiatives and create reports for management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement with corporate objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement, advocacy, or nonprofit work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute community programs effectively
Understanding of governmental regulations and nonprofit best practices
Passion for social responsibility and community development
