We are seeking a talented and visionary Strategic Brand Manager to join our thriving team at Bodegas Santa Cruz, located in the heart of Andalusia, Spain. As a leading winery with a rich history and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for an individual with a passion for cultivating and developing brand narratives, amplifying our presence across various media platforms, and spearheading strategic communication initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that elevate our market positioning and brand perception.
Lead cross-functional teams to produce compelling brand content, including digital, print, and multimedia assets.
Identify and leverage emerging media trends and technologies to maximize brand exposure.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Analyze market insights and consumer feedback to refine brand messaging and communication strategies.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives through key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within the wine or luxury goods industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
Proficiency in leveraging digital and social media platforms for brand enhancement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional language proficiency is a plus.
