Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at Brattleboro Retreat, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various facility improvements and expansion initiatives. This dynamic role requires a meticulous approach to project management, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors and construction teams.
Manage project documentation and facilitate effective communication across project teams.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated project management expertise, preferably in facilities or property management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and related tools.
Understanding of construction practices, real estate development, or related disciplines is beneficial.
