Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stay informed about industry best practices and new trends in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Support the HR team with other tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
