Position Overview

As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of real estate and construction projects within our campus. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and project management to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that contribute to the ongoing expansion and enhancement of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle, from concept development to handover
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control measures
Identify and evaluate opportunities for new construction and real estate development
Implement sustainable and innovative solutions to enhance our campus infrastructure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
