Position Overview
As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of real estate and construction projects within our campus. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and project management to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that contribute to the ongoing expansion and enhancement of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from concept development to handover
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control measures
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new construction and real estate development
- Implement sustainable and innovative solutions to enhance our campus infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
