Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies
Managing the full cycle of recruitment processes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
Evaluating and improving our recruitment processes and practices
Contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
Participating in career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition or a related field, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additionally, a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations as well as experience with applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
