Source, engage, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Participate in interviews and selection processes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
Implement and maintain innovative recruitment tools and systems for efficiency and quality hiring
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology, gaming, or entertainment industry
Strong understanding of best recruiting practices, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring diverse talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships
Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
