Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives
Evaluate and improve recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Compose and post job advertisements on various platforms
Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Fluency in both German and English
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Germany
