Position Overview

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote community involvement, collaboration, and sustainable growth within our organization. Your role will involve working closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to drive impactful initiatives that benefit our communities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of community engagement strategies.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local government entities and nonprofit organizations.
Identify opportunities for community development and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovative programs that address community needs.
Coordinate events, workshops, and outreach activities to foster community participation.
Evaluate the impact of community programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Community Development, or related field.
Proven experience in community engagement, government relations, or nonprofit work.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational abilities and a strategic mindset.
Passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact in rural communities.
