We are currently seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Community Development Specialist.

Job Title: Community Development Specialist

Location: Kronobergs län, Sweden

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local stakeholders, authorities, and organizations
Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Evaluate and monitor the impact of community programs and initiatives
Advocate for community needs and drive positive change through innovative projects
Facilitate partnerships and networking opportunities
Support the design and coordination of community development initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field
Proven experience in community development or related areas
Strong understanding of local government structures and nonprofit organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment
Demonstrated passion for community empowerment and sustainable development
Proficiency in Swedish and English is preferred
