Position Overview:

As a Diversity-Infused Planning Analyst, you will contribute to the planning, analysis, and development of our physical campus and associated real estate projects. Embracing diversity and inclusivity, you will be responsible for critical assessments and strategic planning, ensuring our campus and real estate initiatives reflect the values of multiculturalism and equity. Your insights and forward-thinking approach will play a pivotal role in shaping the future expansion and evolution of our university's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct demographic research and analysis to inform campus and real estate development plans
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to integrate cultural inclusivity into all construction and expansion projects
Utilize data to identify opportunities for community-focused real estate and infrastructure initiatives
Develop and maintain reports to track the progress and impact of diversity-driven planning efforts
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to culturally diverse real estate development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Sociology, or a related field
Experience in real estate planning, urban development, or infrastructure projects
Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and multicultural understanding within professional practice
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in embracing diverse perspectives and ideas
