Job Title: Campus Facilities Coordinator
Are you passionate about creating a positive environment for students, faculty, and staff? Do you have experience in managing and overseeing facility projects? We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Campus Facilities Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all campus construction and renovation projects
- Manage facility maintenance and repair programs
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and implement long-term facility plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination or project management
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
