About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Rewards-Driven Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading employee engagement initiatives and creating compelling communication strategies to promote our company culture, values, and successes. As a key strategist, your aim will be to instill a sense of pride, purpose, and belonging among our workforce.

Responsibilities:

Devise and implement innovative engagement programs and initiatives
Formulate creative communication strategies to enhance employee morale and motivation
Design and execute targeted internal communication campaigns
Collaborate with teams to identify and celebrate employee achievements and milestones
Drive initiatives focused on recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of engagement strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field
Proven experience in employee engagement, communication, or related fields
Strong understanding of media platforms and communication best practices
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
