Position: Wellness Program Specialist

Oxfam Germany is seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Program Specialist to contribute to our mission of promoting community health and well-being. As a Wellness Program Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative initiatives related to health and beauty that align with our organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze current trends in the wellness industry to inform program development.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and deliver impactful wellness programs and events.
Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the design of educational materials and resources focused on holistic health and self-care practices.
Act as an advocate for overall wellness within the organization, fostering a culture of well-being and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated understanding of health and wellness principles and industry best practices.
Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
