Responsibilities:

Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements
Conduct interviews and assessments
Administer and refine the performance evaluation process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
