We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join Seco Tools Japan KK as a Community Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the local community and driving our commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to enhance our social impact
Cultivate relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and non-profits to support our social responsibility initiatives
Lead environmental sustainability projects and promote eco-friendly practices within our organization and the community
Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with social responsibility and sustainability goals
Plan and oversee charitable activities, events, and donations to positively impact the community
Measure and report on the effectiveness of social responsibility programs and initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in community engagement or related fields
Demonstrated passion for social responsibility, sustainability, and community outreach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering impactful results
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive social impact
Understanding of environmental sustainability practices and principles
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and community groups
