Join Us as a Wellness Coordinator!
We are excited to offer the position of Wellness Coordinator within our dynamic team. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with the resources and support they need to achieve holistic mental and emotional health.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to develop innovative wellness programs.
- Conduct outreach efforts to engage diverse populations and raise awareness about mental health resources.
- Organize and facilitate culturally sensitive workshops and events designed to promote mental well-being.
- Support our clients in navigating the diverse array of mental health services available.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health and wellness.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and well-being for all members of our community. You should have a passion for mental health advocacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating wellness or community outreach programs is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
