Position: Sustainable Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Central, Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with various departments to understand their talent needs and contribute to the growth of the organization
Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring processes
Conduct outreach programs aimed at identifying and cultivating talent within the local community
Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to minimize environmental impact
Ensure compliance with sustainable practices in all aspects of talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles
Understanding of sustainability practices and their integration into talent acquisition
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to drive change and foster a culture of sustainable talent acquisition
Passion for community engagement and environmental stewardship
