Position Overview

We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Public Engagement Specialist to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance community awareness and engagement. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing media relations, and implementing communication plans to effectively convey our mission and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies
Create engaging content for various platforms to promote community initiatives
Establish and maintain strong media relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Monitor and analyze media coverage and engagement metrics
Identify and leverage opportunities for community outreach and partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in public relations, marketing, or related roles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
Passion for community engagement and welfare
Fluency in both English and Luxembourgish
