Role Overview

As the Creative Arts Coordinator, you will be responsible for orchestrating and leading our community dance initiatives. This role involves conceptualizing, organizing, and facilitating various dance programs and workshops, fostering a thriving arts community. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with local talent, organizing events, and elevating the visibility of creative arts within our locale.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative dance programs that cater to diverse community interests.
Coordinate workshops, performances, and community outreach projects to cultivate a vibrant arts ecosystem.
Foster relationships with local artists, instructors, and community leaders to maximize impact and collaboration.
Manage promotional efforts and social media initiatives to amplify our group's presence and engage a wider audience.
Contribute to grant writing and fundraising endeavors to support the sustainability and growth of our programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in dance coordination, community arts, or related fields.
Passion for community engagement and a deep understanding of the transformative power of the arts.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
