Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels including social media, networking, and industry events
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit within the organization
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
Continuously improve and innovate recruitment processes and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with a focus on proactive and creative recruitment methods
Strong organizational and time management abilities
