Chief Environmental Conservation Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Chief Environmental Conservation Officer for the Campania Regional Cultural Heritage Agency. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in preserving and protecting our region's natural resources and cultural heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for the sustainable conservation of our natural environment
Oversee environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable practices
Lead and manage a team of environmental specialists to achieve conservation objectives
Conduct research and analysis to identify environmental challenges and propose innovative solutions
Advise on the preservation of cultural heritage sites in alignment with environmental principles
Monitor and report on environmental trends, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field
Proven experience in environmental conservation, geology, or related disciplines
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive and implement conservation initiatives
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to develop and execute complex conservation strategies
Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and best practices
Passion for cultural heritage preservation and environmental sustainability
