Creative Community Engagement Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team at Landesverband Freie Theater Baden-Württemberg e.V. as a Creative Community Engagement Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships within the artistic community and advocating for the interests of independent theaters across Baden-Württemberg.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategies for community outreach and engagement
Collaborating with local artists, theater groups, and cultural organizations to promote the growth of the performing arts
Advocating for the needs and concerns of independent theaters within the region
Organizing events, workshops, and forums to facilitate dialogue and collaboration within the theater community
Creating and managing partnerships with local and regional stakeholders
Contributing to the development and execution of fundraising initiatives
Overseeing communication and public relations efforts
Representing the organization in relevant public forums and events

Qualifications:

Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, and project management
Passion for the arts and a strong understanding of the cultural landscape in Baden-Württemberg
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Relevant degree in arts management, cultural studies, or a related field
