We're Hiring: Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and driving community-focused initiatives. You will utilize advanced technical tools to enhance our outreach, ensuring that citizens remain at the heart of everything we do.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to optimize citizen engagement
Utilize cutting-edge technology to analyze and improve community outreach
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address community needs
Lead projects to enhance community involvement and social impact
Evaluate and leverage data insights to continually improve engagement strategies

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in community engagement or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of technological tools for community outreach
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Passion for driving positive change within communities
Fluency in Swedish and English
