Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blekinge Kustvatten, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to join our team. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, understanding their needs, and developing innovative recruitment strategies to bring in the best and brightest individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to discover qualified candidates.
Screen and interview potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
