Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and analytically driven Public Policy Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in contributing to and influencing strategic decisions that align with our mission to enhance societal welfare. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders, including government bodies, non-profit organizations, and community representatives, to advocate for progressive policies that foster sustainable development and resource conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth policy research and analysis to identify key opportunities for catalyzing positive change in Catalonian society.
Engage with governmental and non-profit entities to build collaborative relationships and advocate for sustainable policies and practices.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive innovative approaches and strategies to support Agbar’s mission of environmental stewardship and resource management.
Stay abreast of legislative developments and industry trends to inform decision-making and proactive policy advocacy efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Policy, Political Science, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in policy analysis, government relations, or working with non-profit organizations.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights and policy recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present compelling arguments for policy change.
A passion for sustainability, coupled with a deep understanding of environmental and societal challenges facing Catalonia.
