Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operational functions of our hospitality division ensuring exceptional service delivery

Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to uphold high service standards
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Proven experience in managing and leading a hospitality team
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences
