Borgarfjordur Community Cycling Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us as a Sustainable Community Development Coordinator. As a vital member of our team, you will work towards the development and promotion of sustainable initiatives fostering a healthier, more vibrant community. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on local development and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote sustainable transportation initiatives.
- Collaborate with local businesses and government agencies to advocate for cycling infrastructure and sustainable urban planning.
- Organize and lead community events and workshops focused on environmental education and sustainable living.
- Manage outreach efforts to engage community members and stakeholders in promoting eco-friendly practices.
Qualifications:
