Borgarfjordur Community Cycling Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us as a Sustainable Community Development Coordinator. As a vital member of our team, you will work towards the development and promotion of sustainable initiatives fostering a healthier, more vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote sustainable transportation initiatives.
Collaborate with local businesses and government agencies to advocate for cycling infrastructure and sustainable urban planning.
Organize and lead community events and workshops focused on environmental education and sustainable living.
Manage outreach efforts to engage community members and stakeholders in promoting eco-friendly practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, urban planning, or related field.
Experience in project management and community engagement.
Proven track record in advocating for sustainable development initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
