Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Collaborate with various teams to integrate inclusive practices into all areas of operation
Lead initiatives to celebrate and integrate diverse perspectives within the company
Create and manage programs that support diversity and inclusion awareness
Advocate for and champion employees' diverse needs and voices

Qualifications

Proven experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives within a professional setting
An innovative mindset with the ability to drive change and inspire others
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A deep understanding of contemporary trends and issues related to diversity and inclusion
A passion for outdoor experiences and a dedication to promoting diversity within the outdoor community
