Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support
Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that all customer requests and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Stay knowledgeable about the bank's services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information and assistance to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience by providing feedback and suggestions to the management team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
