We are seeking an Innovation and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Basilicata Artisanal Cheese in Italy!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans
Drive employer brand enhancement initiatives to attract top-tier candidates
Implement cutting-edge technology to streamline recruitment processes
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and strategies
Conduct interviews and promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and platforms
Fluency in English and Italian
